Sadly we backed out of our dream home at Portello. Construction mistakes aplenty!
Location is horrible, backing Walmart with road connecting neighborhood to shopping center. Lots of homeless people sleeping on that parking lot. The street is filled with garbage on one side from all the people parking their car overnight. For that price, this is not the neighborhood you want for you and your family. Houses are nice but location is everything and this clearly misses the mark
Nice high ceilings with good flow! Amazed at the 9 floor plans, NON "cookie-cutter" look of the exteriors and spacious interiors.
