Porte has been a great place to call home. The amenities are wonderful as are the apartment units themselves. But the best thing about living here is the people who work to make it such a great place to live. The front security are amazing people who are always willing to help with anything. The maintenance staff is always friendly and are very quick to respond to and resolve any issues that may come up. I’ve lived here for four years and love it. The apartments are awesome, and the best part is the people who work here - the maintenance, cleaning and security crew is top notch and a huge part of what makes this community feel like home.
I want to express my appreciation for the amazing staff who make this building such a great place to live. My family and I have been here for 4 years, and the team has been consistently exceptional. The engineers are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and truly care about keeping everything in top condition. I had a great experience at Porte Apartments in Chicago and want to especially thank Robin at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful during both my move-in and move-out, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Robin made sure nothing was overlooked—her professionalism, patience, and genuine care truly made a difference.
