Truck entrance on Grange Rd
Would not recommend this business at all. They are extremely discriminatory and do not take concerns seriously. They would rather lose good people than get rid of bad apples. The dispatchers Billy and London are extremely rude and have no desire to ever help anyone who needs assistance.
Had a pick up appt at 2pm. Got there @ 1:53pm. The guard shack told me to drop my tlr in my designated spot and back up to door 75 because my loaded tlr wasn’t ready yet, but don’t hook up to it. They’ll come out when they are finished . No issues with that, easy process. 2pm turned into 6:30pm and I’m noticing people leave the building and go to their cars even the yard jockeys.
