I had an issue with my Portasoft water softener system and the technician and owner quickly resolved and rectified the issue in a professional, timely, and kind manner. Everyone at Portasoft from the technicians to the office staff and the owner were a pleasure to deal with.
We have had a very positive experience with the install/replacement of an old system, and with everyone who we have dealt with to discuss what needs to be done/when/and how.
