I was at portas at the same time as rahmy hanna who left 1* review was there and herd the conversation he had with the portas people. His review that he put up that you can read below is not true. He wanted to borrow tools from portas to do something to his motorbike and he got very angry and pushed something off the table and was swearing at the portas people and said he would leave a very bad review and went off. It is not good that he leaves a 1* review lie

Purchased a new Honda brushcutter, The kill switch didn't work, wasn't wired up, the handlebars were loose and rotated around the shaft, the allen key supplied did not fit the bolts on the machine and there was a bolt completely missing that was critically required to connect the shaft to the motor. I requested for the supply of the missing bolt and for the right allen key to be posted - nothing received. If this is the new standard for Honda it is bitterly disappointing.
