Dr Beng So was highly recommended by a friend. I have irrational anxiety when dental appointments are required but as a first time patient at the practice he made me feel relaxed, was extremely professional, his explanations of treatment easy to understand and logical. I’m elderly and I must say he is the best dentist I’ve been to. The staff are friendly & professional. I’d give 5 stars for the practice.
I have been to same dentist for years as he understood my fear. However lately have felt was maybe not up to speed as still have bad experiences. Well I decided to change dentists read reviews and came to Portarlington dental and saw Dr Jackson. Wow I am so incredibly glad I did and will never go to another dentist. He was so kind and gentle and even the equipment used etc I actually did not even feel any discomfort. Who knew going to the dentist did not have to be terrifying. Thank you so much for helping me.
I can highly recommend PORTARLINGTON Dental especially Dr Jackson You… I was new to the area and I admit it was a big decision to pick a new dentist as I am anxious with dental procedures but after explaining this to Jackson he went over everything in detail about what he had found following a thorough exam and then what he would suggest. Dr Jackson You was very professional in carrying out extensive dental work on myself. The after surgery calls confirming if I was ok and with no ongoing issues was very reassuring. I would recommend this practice for dental work
