Hinges for my shower failed at four years. Thank goodness I found the defective hinges before my glass shower door fell. Well that cost me $135 in labor and my time to have our installer reinstall hinges. I contacted Portals and they made it right. Much appreciated.
Hinges for my shower failed at four years. Thank goodness I found the defective hinges before my glass shower door fell off. The professional installer stated there were a few that he saw fail because they forgot to use loctite in the manufacturing process and screws backed out easily. Well that cost me $135 in labor and my time to have our installer reinstall hinges. Buyer beware!
