The Portal Point office environment is very comfortable and inviting. Luke Markham, LMSW always has incredible insight and advice. We happen to both be veterans and that has been helpful. I appreciate his support in regards to everyday life situations with family, work, and future.
Jacquelyn is fantastic. She has helped me navigate my postpartum after my first child, along with all of the other ups and downs that come with life. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I was always on the fence about therapy before my PPD, but I am so thankful that portal point, Rachel, and Jacquelyn have made it the best decision of my life. I highly recommend anyone contemplating talking to someone try them out, you won’t regret it!
I absolutely love Portal Point. My husband and I have been seeing Rachel for a little over a year now and it’s hard to find a counselor who checks all the boxes for both parties, but she does it flawlessly. She’s personable and extremely knowledgeable about so many things. She makes it very easy to open up and talk about the hard topics. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere and gives off positive energy, I look forward to our sessions every week. I have suggested and encouraged everyone I know to go here!
