Dryer from Lowes went out. 2 years into a 3 year warranty plan. GE. Called Lowes and they scheduled this company to come between 8-12. Waited and no show/call. Called them and there were crickets. So I am not sure where the breakdown occurs, whether with Lowes scheduling or with Portairs. With their reviews it wouldn't surprise me if it was this company. Anyway called and got a different company to come out. Definitely putting this company in my "list".

This place is to be avoided at all costs. There is another choice in town for speed queen repair. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ever called these jokers. Dryer knob broke off. Took 3 days to have a guy come see it. Oh, needs a new one, duh. Have to order it. Took 3 weeks to get back on the schedule. Then the day before service scheduled, I get a call that the jokers will be out between 3-5. So I cut my activity short to return home by 3 only to find a note on my door that they missed me. I'm getting my AC Heat unit fixed. I had to go through the BBB to find Electrolux corporate office was referring me to a company that tried to scam me. Now it's getting fixed.All I was getting was a call center in another country. Extended Warranty is still a Warranty. THANK YOU PORT AYERS APPLIANCE.
