AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!! THIS BUSINESS HAS SUCH A LOW RATING FOR A REASON. ALWAYS READ BUSINESS RATINGS! THEY WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN MY CHOICE; G.E. APPLIANCES SENT THEM OUT (2X) AND THE TECHNICIAN DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT STAND IN FRONT OF THE DRYER TELLING US WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM. WE ACTUALLY TRIED EACH SUGGESTION AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. HE WAS CONDESCENDING AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS MYSELF (51Y) AND MY MOTHER (77Y) . This company was no call/no show for 2 times. Lied saying "they came but no one home", when there are security cams showing nothing and 3 people home. Not sure if this is just a one off kinda of thing, however called for GE to send different company to serice our 8 month old front load washer/dryer.
Really not happy with this company trash call speed queen they call these guys come out say I have no power to my outlet apparently which was a joke to get more money nothing wrong with breaker or outlet says he couldn't do nothing cause no power and didn't know what breaker it was even tho they are labeled said they come back next day to fix dryer. I get message today saying I owe 166 for guy coming out and wont send back out till i pay and still broke dryer thank yall trash dont recommend to no one
I had a wonderful experience with this company. My Speed Queen needed major work and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with this fix. Yes, it took some time to get the parts, but that was completely out of their control. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. * We had another part go out on our Speed Queen and had to call Portairs again and they were absolutely FANTASTIC!
