Zero stars would fit my experience! Very disappointed with this company. Company booked by Electrolux Warranty to come out to replace parts ordered by First Appliance company in November 2026 for fridgidaire top and bottom icemaker repair. Tech advised he needed additional part for top icemaker and could not perform repair on top but did change out bottom icemaker. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! GE contracted this company to come and repair my washer. They have been out to my house numerous times after they have "fixed" my washer, when in fact they do NOT fix my washer. The old man that "owns" the company is soooo rude and clueless. I have contacted GE to get my washer repaired and he gave them the wrong information-because he told me the same wrong information and informed me that "he had me confused with another customer." Worse experience we have ever had! Came out on a service call told me it was a compressor after three weeks started calling them back no response, text no response finally drove to Corpus Christi Tx from Rockport, Tx and there’s no office. Don’t need a call back from them now. Thanks to L& H Appliance in Rockport for your quick response
AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!! THIS BUSINESS HAS SUCH A LOW RATING FOR A REASON. ALWAYS READ BUSINESS RATINGS! THEY WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN MY CHOICE; G.E. APPLIANCES SENT THEM OUT (2X) AND THE TECHNICIAN DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT STAND IN FRONT OF THE DRYER TELLING US WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM. This company was no call/no show for 2 times. Lied saying "they came but no one home", when there are security cams showing nothing and 3 people home. Not sure if this is just a one off kinda of thing, however called for GE to send different company to serice our 8 month old front load washer/dryer.
