Very disappointed in the care given to my 86 year old mother at this clinic by Dr. Lorteau. During one of her last appointments with him, he was rude and suggesting to her that she hadn't been taking medications for glaucoma which she did not have. She corrected him and told him her name after which he left the office and returned with what was obviously the correct file. Great people, they treat you well and value you not only as a person but as a customer very rare to fine this quality of business in this day in age !
