It has been a mild winter. Until Feb the streets of Juniper and Magnolia were not plowed. Yesterday their own garbage truck got stuck and the left it until the middle of the night. I live on Joseph which barely gets plowed and NEVER salted! What a JOKE! Cannot even leave the house! When this Mayor, Democrat, got elected the streets look worse, Street Dept NEVER answers the phone, trash sometimes gets missed on pickup days and other times the leave a trail of garbage down the street!
