Every single time they have said they will fix the problem, but it has not been fixed. They have confirmed they have the information they need to do their job, but won't do it! If i could give 0 stars i would. CVS tried to get a new script for my venlafaxine, they never got a response. I tried to call on a Monday when i took my last pill. I did get a call back the next day but it was for the money i owed, which is find but would have been nice to get my refill as well. Its been about two weeks ago and I'm still dealing with withdraw symptoms.
