Trail between here, Judson Rd and Spell Rd is very bumpy with tree roots under the asphalt. Good for walkers, but not so much bikers unless you like a bone shaking ride with worries of a flat tire. It's very shady, beautiful, but for riders it's best to start your ride going north past Spell Rd and on up. UPDATE: After being away for 2 summers, I decided to go back on this trail & found they repaved it and added center lines. So much better! Upped my stars.
A very large trail that is accessible throughout multiple places in Portage. It goes along the river in places. It is very beautiful as well as paved, so it is accessible for bikes, wheelchairs, scooters. I don't think there are many stairs, if there are any at all.
