I contacted Portage Glass and we agreed to a maximum service charge of $300. I understood there was a trip fee plus an hourly rate. My bill was $425 for (3) storm windows on a manufactured home. (Glass was 1/16 thick) The man took his time while he was there and even stopped for a break which I must have paid for. The work was fine, but the agreement to keep the total cost at my requested amount did not get me a call to get my approval for the additional expense. Glass Company These guys are great to deal with! They've installed storm doors for us, and also replaced a window when my husband flung a rock through it with the lawn mower. Prices are competitive and they are quick to get things done.
