How is it that you can phone right at 8:30AM, even sooner, for the same day clinic and still can’t get an appointment? Or you get put on hold for half an hour just to get hung up on, or end up being told all appts are full anyways. Terrible system and extremely frustrating every time I have to deal with them.
The physicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, one of the receptionists I just spoke to regarding a simple question, was not so friendly. I was met with a rude and demeaning tone.
1.5h of waiting past appointment time. If you call the reception will pick up but if you get your call transferred don't be surprised if nobody picks up and if they do some of them are quite rude. If you have to an automated voice saying "be respectful, and we wont tolerate abuse over the phone" maybe that is a reflection of how your staff treat patients in the first place leading people to become frustrated enough to display rude actions.
