I had my first appointment with a new doctor after dr.nagra left, she had been my doctor for 15 years and had gotten my very severe chronic pain under control. The doctor that my case was handed off to, thought because I am young I shouldn’t be on my medication and should be on different meds. The meds that she wanted to put me on were meds that I had already tried with dr.nagra and the either didn’t work or had bad side effects for me. had an appointment at 1:10 for my 3 kids… it’s now 2:15 and i’m still in the waiting to be put in a room with my kids… what is the point of having an appointment for the walk in if we don’t get seen at that time??? my husband had to pick up my eldest child and take her to another appointment she had at 2:30 pm… this is rediculous to wait over an hour when they set appointments.
Its a huge clinic! The staff there were very nice to me. It was my 1st visit. Found everyone helpful n friendly. Doctor Chris Protor was very busy but still took the time for questions Adding more review. Anyone i came in contact at this fabulous clinic was super nice. Dr. Michael He was awesome!!
