I've rented a few containers, and they've always been and never had any issues. This time, their experience wasn't near how they were in the past. I rented a 40-foot container, and the day it was being dropped, I asked if he had any locks with it. They gave me 5 locks and billed me $55 each without even mentioning anything about charging for them I had an issue with the doors closing, I made a call, and they said they'll call me back and come out and fix it. Geraldine and Portable Storage were wonderful to work with, they were gracious and accommodated some last-minute requests on my part as well as possible, and the box itself was always delivered on time, level, and in the exact place requested, even when we weren't home for drop-off. I've worked with other storage companies in the past, but would return in a heartbeat.

Portable storage was great to deal with. A very inexpensive solution to help us with moving houses. Highly recommend.
