Placed an order for a pump-out. They were supposed to come on a Tuesday. That didn't happen. Then Wednesday, that didn't happen & neither did Thursday. They did however put through the payment on Tuesday. Had to call 5 times for a refund. Still waiting!!!
I was required to pay in advance before receiving a scheduled time couldnt communicate with anyone in a time efficient manner and after reading other reviews choose not to use this company
By far the most unprofessional business I’ve ever worked for!!!! They don’t treat their employees with respect and they take full advantage of the ones that commit to the job. Worked here for almost 2 yrs got into a accident which wasn’t my fault and I was told I’ll be able to return to work within 6 months with no pay. The ceo of the business is by far the problem “everyone is replaceable” were her exact words!!!
The worse company ever! They take your money and only service porta potty when they feel like it. They never answer the phone or return phone calls and emails. The lack of communication here is unreal!!!
