Was told the unit would be picked up on July 3. Nobody showed up. Now I am being told that due to the holiday, they will not be out to pick up the unit until July 10 due to the holiday backlog. Must be the only business in America that did not know the 4th of July was coming. Should have been prepared or made commitments accordingly.
Respectful and polite. Very down to earth people.
