Very disrespectful .......I ordered a outboard motor that was listed as a 20hp 20 inch shaft electric start.....They are sending me a 15 inch manual start and told me tough luck...I ordered it...No I did not!!!!!!!!! If the description did not match the model # That,s on them .....Suzuki should not allow these clowns to sale there motors.....This is the second motor from them this year...
Arrogant, disrespectful to customers and 3 weeks of my time waiting for the order to ship . They have no glue what they are doing. I ordered a back saver swivel seat from their web site. They say they don't know how this happened and where the order went. Well shows webs site it is ? How is that customer's problem ? I got confirmation from PayPal for the funds being transferred to their registered email address. Then a lame excuse they don't know how this happened might have gone to Port-Bote Australia or other Porta-Bote.... read more
