I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff, Dr. Mark Colbridge, and a rude lady in pathology (on multiple occasions in pathology) The level of customer service was unwelcoming, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Dr. Colbridge came across as unprofessional and dismissive, he actually made me feel uncomfortable and I have since heard similar feedback from other locals. ..tryed to book a appointment but it was deemed no urgent so told it was a 2 week wait.. ..went in there yesterday to book a appointment for 2 weeks time and got turned away.. ..even a rude doctor chimed in and told me to go to Cairns..very very poor..

Rudest reception staff EVER! I am a tourist and booked in my 1 year old for a possible ear infection/s. Waiting with a sick, overtired young one with pamphlets at toddler height isn’t fun, so I asked Julie at reception if the wait would be much longer. We had been waiting just on 40 minutes with no communication about delays from reception staff at that point. The clinic accommodated my severely ill 9-month old baby as a walk-in appointment (and interstate traveller) but this is where the positive feedback ends. This clinic does not follow through with sending pathology samples for testing which is dangerous and misleading for patients. Prior to seeing the doctor, the nurse took a nasal swab from my baby to determine the underlying illness. I was told I would be phoned in the coming days with results.
