I’ve just started seeing dr Kenneth and he is the best doctor I have seen very thorough and actually cares instead of sending you off with no explanation. Also the reception staff and nurses are super friendly

As a visitor to Port Douglas I was given an appointment on the same day as my inquiry. The reception staff were both courteous & empathetic to my concern for being seen promptly. Communication of the positive results of tests were followed up later by Dr Jackie Reid per a telephone call through reception. I greatly appreciate both the professionalism & care provided me by all staff.
I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff, Dr. Mark Colbridge, and a rude lady in pathology (on multiple occasions in pathology) The level of customer service was unwelcoming, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Dr. Colbridge came across as unprofessional and dismissive, he actually made me feel uncomfortable and I have since heard similar feedback from other locals.
