Living here is a hit or miss it seems. I lived in a 1 bedroom by myself and had no issues and received my full security deposit back when I moved out. It was really nice. A couple years later, I rented a 2 bedroom apartment with my wife. We left that place spotless at the end of our lease. But the apartment sent me a letter saying that they would be taking my entire security deposit for painting the walls and cleaning the carpets. Normal wear and tear. They did an excellent job of installing our new dishwasher!! They were on time and really fast i love living there!
The people are friendly and the complex is well maintained.
I had a water leak on a Saturday and called the after hours number and within minutes I had a maintenance man here fixing the issue. Great staff and very friendly!! I love the gals in the office as they followed up to make sure everything was good. Love living here!
