I ran into a little difficulty with a complicated booking, and the front desk was able to streamline it for me. Great job!
Be careful. I don't think this is a reflection on the Port Townsend Inn, but something is going on. When I called to make a reservation, the person who answered the phone redirected my call to an agent who told me he represented "several hotels and motels in Port Townsend" and when he check for availability of a room at the this property, it wasn't available for all of the nights I wanted to stay.
