Very professional. Unfortunately several crossings were cancelled due to fog. No fault of the ferry.
We didn’t get to go on the ferry. Make sure to book in advance. This location is one of the rare places you can book your trip in advance (I didn’t know). The ferry is fairly small and they don’t have much room for cars.
Ugh...freaking AWFUL. gatekeeper employees LIE about reservations....dont waste your time with them...
