I got a flat tire on a Saturday. Everything was closed on Google Maps. It said that Port tire was open until 2 PM and I thought great. I think I could make it there and they’ll handle me and I got there at 1:15 PM. I came in and talked to the guy. The guy was very rude and said nope that he doesn’t care what it says on Google. They close at 1 PM. I tried to ask him if I can just pay him more that I was desperate that my tire was blown and I’m in his parking lot and otherwise I’m just gonna have to call roadside assistance. I've had my tires fixed a few times at Port Tire and it's a great place. Jeff and the team are very friendly and easy to work with time-wise, excellent experience overall.
Jeff and Mike are fabulous. Honest and trustworthy guys. I got my tires done the same day and they don't overcharge. Definitely recommend!!
Brought in my old Benz recently for a simple job- just needed one tire replaced. Geoffrey was professional, super fair on pricing and didn’t try to up-sell me on anything. Gave me exactly what I needed and had my car ready the next day. Doesn’t sound like much, but I’ve been to several other shops in town and they gave me insane labor prices and tried to up-sell me on a million other things. Will definitely be back for more work soon.
