I have been using Port Stephens property cleaning for our holiday rental and found the quality of the clean to be ok at best , they never put our bins out or notified us when items were broken or missing. I have had a queen size quilt go missing along with 2 queen size quilt covers. They also left our clean linen wet in their cupboard and it went mouldy. The company refused to take any responsibility or offer compensation. I will never use this company again.
