As a visitor from Victoria I had the need to visit the podiatrist at the Nelson Bay Plaza Clinic. Michelle the podiatrist was fantastic; extremely friendly, knowledgeable and highly competent. She took the time to really diagnose my foot issue, and then offer some very helpful practical advice to help alleviate the problem. Furthermore the customer service staff at reception were also so friendly and helpful in organising the details around my appointment. Would strongly recommend! Thank you Greg from Melbourne
