Had my edger repaired very comprehensive service
Closed down the Heatherbrae store. I bought a bushranger chainsaw from this store thinking I could get service and parts from it. The pathetic excuse for me not getting parts from this store is because they could not get staff. What a joke Dear Sir, Taylors Beach is an extra 8 min away to go to Heatherbrae. To go to there and back is 16 min . Don't be so condescending of what I know. 16 minutes of time and extra petrol.
I received fantastic customer service from Sharon and Jess, they were so helpful in guiding me to the parts I needed to buy to service my mower. 10/10
