BED BUGS?? POSSIBLY. BIRD LICE? ALMOST CERTAINLY ! CUSTOMER SERVICE? ABSOLUTELY ZERO!!!Locked out of room on a cold wet stormy night and ZERO emergency response from this business despite calling numerous times. And all before 10pm..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Silverfish in the room, no one at reception, fridge freezes all your food and drinks, would not stay there again. Only thing in favour was close to the Marina
Very tired motel, Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, the water pressure in the shower was terrible and most of the fittings in the room looked like they were about to fall over. Location was ok and the receptionist was very apologetic about the state of the place but I wouldn’t recommend to stay here
I'm leaving this review purely to let people know there are rooms here that do not have smoke detectors. Upon check in in May 2025 I noted that my smoke detector was not in place, only a bracket where it should have been. We were staying in a group and so I checked the other room we had booked and none in there either. I approached the front desk where I was told the detectors were beeping from low battery so they had been removed. Obviously I said this is illegal and was told they are allowed seven days to replace the batte... read more
No on-site staff during our stay. Upon arrival you have to send a text message to receive a code to let yourself into your room. Not well maintained. If you want cheap accommodation, this is about as cheap as it gets. But you get what you pay for.
