No on-site staff during our stay. Upon arrival you have to send a text message to receive a code to let yourself into your room. Not well maintained. If you want cheap accommodation, this is about as cheap as it gets. But you get what you pay for.
Pro is good location,not far from town 10/15 min walk from town and shopping centre as own parking,5 min to beach we got early checking in ,with sms with code and password with wifi, room was tidy, in room got aircon and fan ,and got amenities (shower gel, hand wash,shampoo,hand cream (most empty),shaving cream)in bathroom,mini fridge and microwave,small set kitchen utensils and coffee and tea ,con room outdated like 80s type,smell like damp ,can see mould in foundation/brick and can see mould in aircon , water pressure low ... read more
Yes rooms may be old. But bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were amazing. Pool was very loved by me and my kids. It was close to all good things in area. Price was great. And staff were fantastic and friendly. Will definitely be making port Stephen’s motel my regular
Lovely little clean motel. Nothing was too flashy but everything was neat and comfortable. The beds were comfy and clean. The location was perfect and the pool was a bonus on a hot day!
