While locations and room were generally OK for what it was, we found three (small) cockroaches in the room. While I understand this is hard to prevent, I also had the impression that the hotel management was not exactly concerned or willing to do anything. When complaining about it, we were told that we were lucky to even get the room (a weird remark, I believe) and that this would be perfectly normal in Australia. The worst filthy dump we have ever stayed ! Air conditioning didn’t work, tv didn’t work bathroom full of mould and leaking shower head toilet broken fridge broken, absolutely disgusting should be condemned

BED BUGS?? POSSIBLY. BIRD LICE? ALMOST CERTAINLY ! CUSTOMER SERVICE? ABSOLUTELY ZERO!!!Locked out of room on a cold wet stormy night and ZERO emergency response from this business despite calling numerous times. And all before 10pm..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
