Don't ever send your friends or loved ones to this facility. Tried numerous times to contact the admin Lisa through phone calls and emails, no response whatsoever. My dad was a resident here. With 20+ years working in Healthcare I've never seen a place so old, rundown, dirty, they don't keep up with the repairs, and numerous issues with a leaking AC, floors were filthy. I've enjoyed my here the last 6 weeks. The medical staff is amazing amazing!! Everyone has gone above and beyond, especially Alicia, my nurse, and the the therapy group, especially Patrick, Keith, Ian, Wendy Steve, and Maria. highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs therapy great staff.

I am so grateful for the care my daughter received at Port St Lucie Rehabilitation and Healthcare and as a retired healthcare professional, I highly recommend this facility. Two month ago, my daughter fell in her home, due to low blood pressure, and required surgery for stabilization. After surgery and eight days in the hospital, we were given a list of facilities that could provide daily physical therapy, occupational therapy, and blood pressure monitoring.
