I am so grateful for the care my daughter received at Port St Lucie Rehabilitation and Healthcare and as a retired healthcare professional, I highly recommend this facility. Two month ago, my daughter fell in her home, due to low blood pressure, and required surgery for stabilization. After surgery and eight days in the hospital, we were given a list of facilities that could provide daily physical therapy, occupational therapy, and blood pressure monitoring. I am so greatful that this facility took my son who is 24 on after a severe accident and spinal cord injury. He acquired a stage 4 pressure ulcer from another rehab and he needed wound care and a staff that is diligent in taking care of it and him. Everyone here from the directors, case managers, PT staff, nurses, drs and nursing assistants are amazing! In just a few weeks he is starting to get stronger, his wound is healing really nicely and we are feeling more optimistic of his recovery.
Out of the few rehabilitation centers I have been in I really like this place. They are quick and highly intelligent, taking care of all my needs in a very prompt professional manner. Dorothy took care of my admission needs and the rest of the staff was outstanding the nursing staff is one of the best. I like how they handled my physical therapy the staff is nice, Friendly and very professional. And the food was good also. God forbid if I need therapy again I know where I want to go.
