I couldn't be more pleased with my livorno build by Maronda! Billy was the super on the job and Dave was sales. They are both amazing at their jobs and know what they are doing. When we moved in, there were a few things wrong, missing, etc. But nothing that wasn't promptly addressed using their very efficient portal. ******PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW****** Serious Quality Issues & Lack of Accountability We’ve had multiple issues with Maronda and have been met with excuses and delays instead of real solutions. Here’s what we’ve dealt with: Driveway Damage Due to Negligence – Heavy equipment was driven over our driveway while the concrete was still curing, leaving permanent tire marks and debris embedded in the surface.
