Shannon at the model is excellent and truly an expert in her field with years of experience in building with Maronda! You are in good hands using her as your sales rep when building. The variety of floor plans PSJ offers with Maronda homes and no HOA on top of it is top notch!

Shannon was phenomenal! She has helped multiple clients of mine get the build process going! She is thorough and always available for questions. She has made the process seamless and still communicates through out the build with updating emails and photos! After 4 years, carpet is puffed up and sloppy looking in every room (no pets). Both shower valves bad to be replaced Garage floor cracked
Shannon, our sales rep, and Frank, our construction manager were both superb to work with. They were both knowledgeable and thorough and bent over backwards to help us through the process. I can’t recommend Maronda enough!
