One of Best Apartments in Sierra Vista I rented one of their corporate apartments, which was fully furnished, to include washer/dryer, all kitchen and linen, free Cable TV and local phone. . The unit was very clean and the staff were very polite and professional. Most of the corporate units are right near the pool/hot tub/sauna/grill. Best Apartments in Sierra Vista We have been in Port Royale Apartments for over a year, and still believe they are the best apartments in Sierra Vista. The are rather roomy for Apartments and the staff are really great. The location is quiet (on the outskirts of town and near Cochise College) and the amenities are plentiful. We are impressed with the applicances provided, especially having a washer and dryer in each apartment.
