I've been living here for five years now and I love it here except for a few minor things. The one site manager Lisa has been great whenever I have an issue she's right on it. The office staff has always been nice to talk to in person. I feel safe,great neighbors,mostly quiet,I'm a big walker and there lots of walking room in the community. Maintenance has been pretty good for the most part. I rarely have issues though. I'd say this place isn't perfect but it's kept up nicely. 2 stars I don’t actually live on this property and for what it’s worth, property is well kept. no one is returning my calls or my emails, I have called a number of times and I have sent an email on 8/4, 8/7 and again on 8/12. I’m no longer interested. I feel as if they didn’t want us out there at that property in the first place. Even though I was very clear, I wanted a new home. I’m currently renting here. It took them 5 months to fix a broken window, and after it shattered completely during the winter, it took them another 2 months to replace the window. They kept telling me they ordered it, then the guy who fixes my window tells me he got lucky and found it in the back of Lowe’s. Now my family— pregnant wife and 3-year-old child and me— keep getting constantly sick. As we live here, we thought it was the window. Now we have no clue. The giant trailer with a red roof and red porch has no insulation... read more
