I'm not speaking as a guest, I'm reviewing as an independent contractor. I slid into a ditch on an unlit portion of their property at their "event center" which is less than a disposable building. If you're going to completely black out your entire front end pf the property, at least mark roadways and parking areas better. If I had driven a box trucks, it would've been a disaster. I love Port Royal and everything that entails! I dream about it all year and the time always goes too fast...but I always feel extremely fortunate to have such a beautiful place to stay. Thank y'all for all the hard work... your hard work does not go unnoticed! ❤️
Wanted to leave a review for anyone traveling with young kids in the next few months while construction is ongoing. The large, central pool is drained and closed while undergoing repairs. We were a bit apprehensive during our stay due to the large drop off into the empty pool. It is surrounded by beach chairs and caution tape but we were sure to not let our kids get too close while enjoying the surrounding areas. All staff we encountered were friendly. This place really needs a big haul over. My family and I stayed at here in Condo 6119. Was not worth what we paid!! The condo is not at all kept to standards. Where to start?!? Old scratched up furniture. Tile missing from the breakfast bar. A huge empty space in the wet bar. Dirty refrigerator! Couldn't put on hot water on to wash dishes because the handle hits the breakfast Bar. The master bathroom sinks are nasty and stained. One was missing the plug.
