We have been very loyal to Port Royal for many years Even right after the hurricane, we still stayed and dealt with the inconveniences. But our recent visit was less than wonderful. The cleanliness of the condo was sub par. The dishes in the dishwasher were never unloaded. The kitchen floor had not even been swept. The sheets felt like sandpaper. Port Royal has been our home away from home when we plan our beach trips. We first stayed here in 2017. Our last stay with them this year was on the Fourth of July weekend and this would be the third time we are staying here within the year. Location is perfect ... we can easily go into town and hangout. We also take the ferry route to the hotel which adds to our roadtrip. The rooms are well kept and nicely decorated with the beach theme. Rates are good if you keep an eye on their website and catch a special. We love the fac... read more

Updated review: came again this year and it's been stressful. We arrived to check in and had to wait a hour for our room to be ready. We get to the room the TVs weren't working properly and the internet does not work. My wife and I need it for work. Not only that, the elevator by our room was broken and it took me about a hour just to get everything to the room because you could only go up in the working elevator. Going down was impossible.
