I had used this shipping company for several years and things always went smoothly, until September of 2019. Richard came to my home and collected two barrels I wanted to ship home for family. As always, I asked him when will the barrels arrive in Jamaica, he said they would arrive mid-October. By the middle of October I checked with family members back home and was told they received no word that the barrels had arrived. I do not recommend this company! My sister shipped thousands of dollars worth of items to Jamaica since October 2023, and as of March 1, 2024, Richard has provided no updates on the status.
Worst shipping company, biggest scammers … STAY FAR AWAY!!! Do not ship with this guy!!!
