My sister and I have lived here about 14 months with no problems pertaining to maintenance or management until recently. Gross lots of dogs
They don’t answer the phone literally EVER. I MIRACULOUSLY got a hole of who I’m assuming to be the property manager and asked what criteria has to be met in order to live there. She gave me a brief rundown of where I could go on the actual property to get a PIECE OF PAPER telling me what all I need to know instead of her just telling me herself. I asked a SIMPLE YES OR NO QUESTION for clarification and she immediately catches an attitude. I’m not one to argue over the phone so I simply said “okay, thank you.” And she hangs ... read more
