Helped someone move
Moved here a few months ago, and It has been quiet and peaceful. I have no noise disruption or loud neighbors. VERY CLEAN AND LANDSCAPE STAYED MAINTENANCE!!! The landlord makes sure all my needs are met in a timely manner. She makes her need, to do periodic checks of the grounds and speaks everytime. She is very professional and very polite. She gives timely notices of who is coming and when. Instead of other landlords, that I have encountered. Highly recommend this area.
This place is an absolute joke DO NOT move here! I wish I could give 0 STARS! The "Manager" needs to really step out of her office and walk her property and look at how trashy her property really is! She is absolutely worthless and does nothing to curb the ongoing issues at her property!! She allows certain residents to get by with anything and everything and is quick to write up others for false accusations! Ive stayed here for 6 years with no issues. Didnt renew my lease because i would be the only tenant after my daughter relocated to the place where her college is. My security deposit of 200.00 was taken for whatever reason ,because i cleaned the apt. and it was just normal wear and tear ( carpet needed to be cleaned etc.) There were no holes or damage and now my credit report says i owe 191.00. I went with my money order to pay and somehow my release of lease can not be found to provide the amount or why the charge. I still ... read more
