They don’t answer the phone literally EVER. I MIRACULOUSLY got a hole of who I’m assuming to be the property manager and asked what criteria has to be met in order to live there. She gave me a brief rundown of where I could go on the actual property to get a PIECE OF PAPER telling me what all I need to know instead of her just telling me herself.
