I had a fantastic experience with Port Plumbing Co. They were quick to respond, professional, and got the problem fixed the same day I called. The technician was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. I'm so grateful for their excellent service and fast turnaround. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable plumbing work!
Plumbers were kind and courteous, however, I was double billed after I was told at the initial visit they didn't have time to complete the job. Serviced a tankless hot water heater. 1st visit-spent 15 minutes replacing a part and told me to schedule a flush for another visit since they didn't have time. 2nd visit-spent 20 minutes flushing the tank.
