If I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn't see my partners cat who has been horribly throwing up for a few hours just because a few months ago she made a post on a public Facebook page about being spoken to rudely by a receptionist. Thought vets cared about animals. Disgusting
Absolutely appalling customer service, the way the vet and nurses spoke to my in laws about their dog who was rushed in for emergency surgery was disgusting. Pets are family and you wouldn’t speak of a human that way, no care or consideration for distressed owners at all. Care factor is zero for a Friday so if you want a vet who couldn’t care less about patients, this is the place to go!
My 9 month year old Jack Russell chewed up a Bunnings weed kill bottle half full. The team at Pirie vets were excellent and she is fine
