This vet punishes clients for choosing to order their pet's long term medications at better prices from an online vet pharmacy. She failed to provide the prescription on the day of my dog's costly procedures when she diagnosed him, instead stalling for 2 business days to charge me more money for it and wrote non existent pack sizes, forcing me to buy it at a significantly higher per tablet price than the cost effective pack sizes plus pay more postage and refused to change it when I pointed out the issue.
Our experience with Port Pirie Vet Clinic has been outstanding from our very first visit. Emma and the entire team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. If I could give NO STARS I would. Not happy with the information we were given about having our cat put to sleep.
