Lady was lovely and very quick to carry out the piercing which alleviated anxiety in a teen, she was honestly great at piercing. However the shop is very run down and not very professional in appearance hence the three star review. Barely a curtain between hair dressing clients and the piercing "room". Really needs a revamp and upgrade, especially with piercing that area should be ultra clean and tidy.
