Visited this car shop to ask for an assistance on the frequent black smoke being blown by my newly purchased 2nd hand car. They were friendly but apparently I was advised that the engine needs to be replaced due to excessive blow by and would possibly cost me more than the value of my 2nd hand car. Local Business - Does not support Locals Appointment made for a major service with a 5-min lift home arranged. On arrival: no record, no support, told to go elsewhere. Disorganised business, no accountability, condescending attitude. Mistakes happen — but there’s a respectful way to deal with them. Won’t be returning. Hopefully they take this feedback on board and learn.
Just had my Ute serviced here and honestly they were probably the best mechanic experience I’ve had. The team was very nice and helpful fixed my issues really fast and I was really happy with my experience. I recommend everyone comes here for their car needs. Cheers guys!
