Lake from Port Perry Pool & Spa has been taking care of my indoor pond for several years now. In my book he is peerless and a nice guy to boot. He is the man.
Love dealing with Becky & Lake! Personable, knowledgeable and top notch in customer service. Won’t deal with anyone else for our pool and hot tub needs and expertise. 😊
All good until the invoice came in and and extra 2 hours ($105/hr) added on top of a verbal confirmation I had just a week before. Not impressed . You got me this time. I guess we all gotta make a living, but I'll spend my money elsewhere thanks. 1.5 hours labour turns into 5 hours come billing time. 20 minute drive to the shop, ok. Sure.
