Love dealing with Becky & Lake! Personable, knowledgeable and top notch in customer service. Won’t deal with anyone else for our pool and hot tub needs and expertise. 😊
All good until the invoice came in and and extra 2 hours ($105/hr) added on top of a verbal confirmation I had just a week before. Not impressed . You got me this time. I guess we all gotta make a living, but I'll spend my money elsewhere thanks. 1.5 hours labour turns into 5 hours come billing time. 20 minute drive to the shop, ok. Sure.
Absolutely appreciate all that Lake and Becky do for us - opening and closing our pool, water samples and suggesting which chemicals to use in our pool. Incredible people who are very honest and always smiling when you are engaged with them! Support local business!
Lake and Becky are awesome. I’ve purchased many items from their shop and had many services completed by them on my pool and pool equipment. They have even replaced sections of my concrete deck. All I can say is the work they do is great. The service they provide is unbeatable. I will not use any other company in the area ever again. No comment there.
