This place absolutely sucks! they have appointment wait times of 4 months and they are so rude on the phone and voicemail Not sure how this office operates as a business
Takes foreverrrrr to get an appointment. Despite stating they take walk ins. When we called the earliest appointment was 2 months later. Waited the 2 months and called the day before to confirm the time. I had it written down as 3:00 pm. When I called they had my wife’s name wrong, how do you get Debra from Lisa and our appointment time as 11:00??? I would have never agreed to this time because I work. So after waiting 2 months, I have no appointment I assume they incorrectly entered our appointment time. I have to wait anot... read more
Great place as long as you have lots of money. My first experience will be my last. Don't ask for any favors or extras. You will see another side. I guess I'm stuck with Walmart or Costco
This place is just the right mix of professionalism and fun. Everything was organized and transparent from picking my frames to cashing out. Everybody is very nice and prices are reasonable. Best service all around! Would recommend to anybody and everybody.
The Team at Port Perry optical are very professional and give great guidance when assisting you. Pricing was more then reasonable, I highly recommend giving them a visit !! Will be back for another set next year! Brendan
