Three days ago, I would have given Port Perry Imaging a 5 star review. I need an ultrasound, I tried to call 5 times yesterday and each call went to voice mail. Eventually, at 11:43am I left a simple message (name, phone number and that I wanted to book an ultrasound appointment). No reply. Today, I called back. Was spoken to by a rude person who demanded that I photograph my requisition and email it to reception@portperryimaging.ca and that no appointment would be made until the picture was received.
