Port Perry Automotive always handles my oil changes in record time without making it feel rushed. The staff are remarkably warm, friendly, and transparent from start to finish. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else!
Not a happy customer. Asked for advice on a car I was in the process of purchasing and was told it may cost 2000 to fix. So I saved up that amount to be able to take it back here and get it fixed because I trusted this place. Mechanic said we will try to go with a cheaper fix first and if it didn’t work to bring it back but then when I asked for another appointment because it was not fixed, I was told to take it to the ford dealership and now they have had it twice and still have not fixed the issue. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. The staff are always extremely friendly and turn around times are very reasonable. Their pricing is more than fair and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Will definitely continue to recommend this shop to friends and family.
