My experience with this company has exceeded all my expectations when it comes to service. I had dropped my vehicle for service on July 15th to replace my cracked windshield with an appointment scheduled for July 16th. They had called later in the day on July 15th to advise it had been replaced. As I had planned to pick it up on July 16th. I went in this day. Service is 100% with this company and I recommend them as a local Port Perry Company. Thanks again.
Out of pocket payment for new windshield for lexus, ordered window day before and installed next day by noon. Slightly less than quoted. Very friendly staff/experience
Terrible customer service. Messed up my insurance claim costing me an extra $500 out of pocket and was barely apologetic for it. Poor communication. Not a good experience.
