This is a superior customer service experience. Brenda is really attentive to detail for what needs to be done and ensures the follow thru with technicians. I had a major service repair done that was completed by the tech earlier than I would have expect to be finished. That shows me they are team, like what they do, and get the job done. The port orchard team is smaller than a lot of places and that makes it easier for them to make you feel good and trust they are taking care of you.
As always My car got excellent care here. I drive out from Tacoma’s north end to have my regular service done!
Used mobile service for oil change and inspection. Excellent service. Sure beats waiting around at the dealer. 2 guys answered all my questions, they where done very quickly, even rotated my tires, at a very reasonable cost. Highly recomended
