Great service with reasonable pricing! Been with them for over 5 years. Definitely would recommend.
Port Orange Pools is great. We have had them service our pool for just over a year. We are very happy with the service to date. Update, after about 3 months from my above review our pool tech changed. Service went downhill. Calls to the office didn’t result in it getting any better. We eventually discontinued our service with them. They may be better now.
Unfortunately, we ended our service agreement because the level of work and effective communication dwindled over time. When I needed to reach out because maintenance points were missed, it was taken as me/the client being problematic rather than the owner seeing that the level of service from the new team was diminishing. Upon ending the service relationship, the owner affirmed my most recent experiences and cursed at me via text.
Always a great job! Had an issue with my spa temp and the boss stopped by next day while in the neighborhood and straightened it out. Weekly maintenance done by Danny always spot on. Well done and thank you!
