I’m giving 2 stars because important policies and cost expectations were not explained upfront, and that lack of communication will now cost me significantly more money. When I first called to make the appointment, I explained that I had a small growth on my back that I wanted checked out and that I also had some skin tags I wanted removed. I had an excellent experience at my dermatology visit. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to checkout. The PA was especially outstanding - knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making me feel comfortable and heard. It's rare to find a medical office where you feel genuinely cared for, but this team absolutely delivers. Highly recommend
