I was able to work with Mike to get my car fixed and it was a wonderful experience. I dropped the car off in the morning to replace the brakes and rotors. Mike was very honest and upfront with pricing from the beginning. He did let me know mid-way through the day that my brakes and rotors were fine and did not need replaced but the calipers were bad causing the grinding. Sharing this experience for your benefit. I went with my son to drop off his vehicle for a repair which was Promised to be completed on a particular day. After waiting patiently for Two Days for them to call, they Never called. On the day the vehicle was promised we called them to check on completion. They Never Answered the phone. So we stopped by the shop. My son explained it was promised that day.
